My practice has always involved a wide variety of clients, a wide variety of issues.

I believe it is essential to find out the underlying elements that are making you sad, anxious or causing you to live in conflict because once you have the capacity to understand who you are (and how you came to be) you will have the capacity to reorganize your relational self and build a bridge to a better, richer life.

​

I received extensive supervision and training in both the Individual and Couples Programs at the renowned Maple Counseling Center. My education remains ongoing; I self-educate, take trainings and seek weekly consultation from two senior psychotherapists.
