I am interested in working with people who feel stuck, want to move forward and sense they need to make a change. It could be work, school, a creative endeavor, family issues, addiction, a pattern in intimate relationships, or . . . even just messed-up thinking.

 

 

My goal is to create a safe environment where you can come, shed old patterns, and explore what you want to do with your life.

I work with adults, couples, and young adults ages 11 to 17.

​

 

I work with anxiety, depression, self-discovery, trauma, addiction, mood disorders, personality disorders, and relationships.
